Sacred Sound Sanctuary is a group event best explained as part shamanic sound healing journey & energy medicine salon. Lay down, let go, rest & restore in a safe & light filled multidimensional temple space created just for you & your blossoming.
Melinda transmits the language of light using voice, crystal singing bowls, drum, bells, chimes & all manner of sacred sound tools.
Come as you are, bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, crystals, etc.....

A 1 1/2 hour Reiki Restorative Yoga class taught by Ana collaborating with Angie Andrews who will be offering Reiki. This is a gentle yoga class with long held poses to nourish the body, mind and spirit. We will be using bolsters and props to allow your body to relax deeply and drop into a place of healing. Angie will be offering Reiki during class. Reiki is the channeling of universal healing energy. It is deeply relaxing and promotes feelings of peace and harmony. This in turn allows the body to tap into it's own innate ability to heal. Most people report experiencing deep relaxation and shifts in stuck energy after receiving Reiki. This amazing duo of yoga and reiki can help you feel refreshed, relax the nervous system and allow you to sleep better, increase the feeling of calmness and centered.
This 1 1/2 hour class of yin yoga and yoga nidra is meant to help you restore and refresh your natural energy. The first half of the class will be yin yoga where we hold poses for a longer amount of time, props will be used when necessary to support one in the pose. This also allows for you to drop into a deeper state of rest. The latter part of the class will be yoga nidra - yogic sleep. A guided meditation on your back whichis a form of deep healing, restoration and relaxation. Drop in or use one of your class packs.

Anxiety disorders are the most common mental illness in the U.S., affecting 40 million (about one out of every five) adults, and depression is the leading cause of disability, affecting about 8% of us. The Good News? Yoga can help! This workshop includes a short lecture on the physiology of these conditions and the yogic approach to them, followed by a powerful therapeutic hatha practice for managing these conditions.
Saumya Lauren Toolin is a leading teacher of ParaYoga and was one of the first to be certified as a senior teacher by ParaYoga’s founder, Rod Stryker. She has closely apprenticed with Rod since 2004. She also apprenticed with Rodney Yee for many years and has studied extensively in the Iyengar tradition. she holds the highest designation as an experienced teacher through Yoga Alliance and is an International Association of Yoga Therapists Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).
