Yoga with Functional Movement with Kat DeAngelus Thursday, February 28th - March 14th 6 - 7:30pm


This class offers you a balance of Yoga and core-inspired movements to help you increase your flexibility, strength, and eliminate chronic pain and stiffness. When you learn how to move from your core you can rebuild your body from the inside out helping you keep doing what you love as you age.

$15/person (class package does not apply)

BIO: Kat, a recent transplant to VT from the white mountains of NH is grateful to serve her community with their body needs. They can explore how their body can function at optimal levels. Kat uses Rolfing, Functional Movement (Yoga, MovNat, Mindfulness), and Somatic Experiencing to help her clients move through a process of rebuilding their body through self-awareness and connection to their body and mind. 

Kat is currently in a 200 YTT at Evolution PT and Yoga in Burlington.  She is learning how to weave the special philosophy of Yoga into her dynamic bodywork and movement business.  Kats Dynamic Bodywork offers private and group sessions by appointment.  Connect with Kat on FB and Instagram.
