Yoga Nidra - Sleeping on a Cloud of Yoga - Tuesday May 1st

Drop in to this deep healing and restorative practice to renew your connection to your Soul. Feel refreshed, recharged and balanced after this practice that consists of a meditation on your back. We will open the class with 10 minutes of gentle movement to release any tension from the day. Followed by the practice of Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep where you are led through a body scan that allows you to drop into a deep place of meditation where the body is at rest and the mind at ease. 

If you are feeling over wrought, stressed out, or just wanting a way to feel more grounded, this class is a prefect for you.
