This 4 weeks series will focus on strengthening and stretching the muscles of the hips and core to increase stability, flexibility and balance. Each class we will explore a group of muscles through myofascial release and through yoga poses. Because we will be looking at the hips, inherently we will explore proper alignment in standing asana.
The 4 weeks will be broken down as follows:
1) Abductors/Hip Stabilizers
2) Low Back & Psoas
3) Lower Gluteus Maximus & Hamstrings
4)External Rotators of the Hip
$70 for the 4 classes & 30 minute & myofascial balls yoga assessment before February 23rd. After the 23rd it is $80. If you have myofascial balls it is $60 for the workshop (please let me know to sign up).
