This 1 1/2 hour class of yin yoga and yoga nidra is meant to help you restore and refresh your natural energy. The first half of the class will be yin yoga where we hold poses for a longer amount of time, props will be used when necessary to support one in the pose. This also allows for you to drop into a deeper state of rest. The latter part of the class will be yoga nidra - yogic sleep. A guided meditation on your back which is a form of deep healing, restoration and relaxation. Drop in or use one of your class packs.
