This 1 1/2 hour workshop will focus on releasing the fascia of the hips (the gluteal muscles, iliopsoas, quads, hamstrings, abdominals and inner & outer thighs) followed by restorative yoga. The fascia is one connective sheath in the body that binds the muscles and is important in maintaining muscle pliability. This is a great tool to have for everyone to keep the muscles hydrated and moving fluidly. It is recommended for everyone, especially athletes. Myofascial balls will be provided and yours to keep. $25/person. If you have a set of balls, the class is $15, please let me know so I can add you to the list. Space is limited to 18.
