Our shoulders tend to carry the weight of our burdens literally and figuratively. They can easily get bound up from clenching, overuse or be tight and weak from under utilization.
In this workshop we will explore how to release the muscles of the shoulders, upper back, neck and chest with myofascial balls and a block. In between rolling, we will also learn some stretches to release usually overboard muscles and some ways to strengthen the muscles that tend to be weak.
