Hip Myofascial Release & Yin Yoga Thursday, January 26th 5:30pm-7pm

This 1 1/2 hour workshop will focus on releasing the fascia of the hips (gluteal muscles, iliopsoas, quads, hamstrings, abdominals, & inner & outer thighs) followed by yin yoga. The fascia is a connective sheath in the body that binds the muscles & is important in maintaining muscle pliability. This is a great tool to have to keep the muscles hydrated and moving fluidly. It is recommended for everyone. Myofascial balls will be provided and yours to keep. $25/person. Space is limited to 18
