This 2 hour workshop will focus on strengthening the muscles essential in both skiing and snowboarding. The yoga poses taught will create balance between opposing muscle groups in the legs and core to provide stability in the joints, increase range of motion, and prevent injury & muscle overstrain. The latter half of the workshop will focus on what to do after a day on the mountain. This will help you to release tension in the body, increase muscle flexibility, reduce soreness and get you ready for the next day.
