Indulge yourself in an 1 1/2 hour myofascial release workshop to release built up tension and tightness throughout your body. Learn different techniques that will help you decrease pain, improve range of motion, increase muscle pliability and improve tissue hydration. You will learn a new tool to use at home after a challenging workout or when you are feeling tight. Myofascial balls will be provided and yours to keep.
